Contemporary Arts E-Portfolio

     With the new semester recently starting, the students of Mendeleev dive face first into a myriad of activities given to them by Sir Dominic Quilantang, their teacher for the subject: Contemporary Arts .      One of their first tasks is to interpret and to realize the myth of the Visayan Islands' origins through action, music, dance, and props. This is to prepare them for the grand performance before the semester ends.      Here are snippets of what commenced on the day of the preliminary performance. GROUP 1: Acting and Dramatization Main protagonists Magwayan and Kaptan portrayed by Jenalee Margallo and Christian Folkestad . Final adjustments to the performance. Narrators of the story; Therese Ann Rivera and Kayla Audrey Liao . The character of Kaptan, now lonely and agitated.
